Lee is coming

The disorganized weather system formerly known as tropical storm Lee moves into Virginia this afternoon bringing rain to the south. These clouds move and grow into other shapes all the while holding rain in their depths.


Beautiful cerulean grays and alizarin purples provide darkness to carve three dimensions out of two. The white cloud areas of this painting hold much more color that appears in this scan which bleaches whites.
