Cloudy and windy

01/02/12, about noon, facing the northeast
The cold front continued to move over Virginia on January 2nd. Early in the day, the sky was webbed with cirrus clouds. By noon, those had blown off and cumulus clouds moved across the deep blue sky. The wind was about 20-25 miles per hour and gusty.

These clouds are being blown to the left of the painting, northeast with the fast-moving front. They were evenly spaced from my perspective and none overlapped. Unusual. I must have caught them at the right moment.
